What StepBerry is
StepBerry turns what you say about your business into a working manual. You describe how something gets done — opening the store, receiving a delivery, closing the till — and it comes back as a written procedure: named tasks, ordered steps, the kind of thing you could hand to somebody on their first shift.
Around that sit the tools these docs cover: a library that holds your procedures, checklists that go to phones, canned answers for the messages you send every day, and roles that decide who can change what.
How these docs are organized
Using StepBerry covers day-to-day work: writing procedures, sending checklists, and canned answers. Your workspace covers people, roles, and what to do when someone is locked out. Technical is for the local version and connecting your own AI — you never need it to use the cloud app.
The two versions
The cloud version runs at stepberry.app: nothing to install, everyone reading the same page, works from a phone in the stockroom. The local version runs entirely on your own computer with your own AI models — nothing you say ever leaves the machine. Same app, same procedures; the difference is whose computer does the thinking.
